Click here to view and book our available Hot-Desks. If this is the first time you’re booking with us, you’ll be asked to create a password for your account. You can then return to your account to make repeat bookings, store your payment information & find your invoices.
You are welcome to walk-in and arrange your hot desk once you arrive, however we cannot guarantee availability in this case.
Walk-ins will still need to complete the same online process as advanced bookings, so to save yourself time we recommend doing this process before you come.
To become a member at Desg, click here. Once you have paid for your monthly membership, you will receive email instructions on how to set up your account.
Your monthly membership will continue to renew until you cancel.
At the beginning of each membership period, your account will be credited with “Desg coins”. These coins are automatically used at checkout when you book your unlimited hot-desks throughout the month.
Hot-desk – An ad hoc desk user that books on a per day basis. Click here to purchase a daily hot-desk pass.
Monthly Membership – Members pay a monthly fixed fee to use Desg as often as they like throughout the month. Members must still book their hot-desks when required, however they will use “Desg coins” to book these, which are stored in their membership account. Click here to purchase a monthly pass.
Members also have exclusive benefits such as use of the gym, discounted meeting room rates and the ability to use/hire the in-house bar.

Members with unlimited access must still book their hot-desk in advance to ensure availability. It also helps us keep track of who is in the building for safety purposes.
Our Hot-Desks are categorised and numbered, so if you have a preferred desk that you like to use, you can book it out to ensure it is available for you on the days you require it.
Parking is reserved for our Private Office tenants only. We don’t have parking on-site for our hot-deskers or members but there is parking available at Llandaff Fields or Pontcanna Fields which are free for 2hrs or £5.00 for 5 hours.
Alternatively, there is free parking in the local area.
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 6pm for our hot-deskers and members. There is 24/7 access for Tenants.
We are closed over the weekends and on bank holidays for our hot-deskers and members. Tenants can access the building 24/7.
No. If you would like to become a ‘virtual member’ (i.e. register your office address here), it is an additional charge of £30 (inc.VAT) per month. Click here to book your ‘Virtual Membership’.
The gym is included in our monthly membership and is free for our tenants! Bring a gym kit and make use of our gym or shower facilities after a run in the park.
We love dogs! Feel free to bring your well-behaved pooch along with you to work.

Yes! We have free tea and coffee facilities available for everyone here at Desg. Enjoy various coffee options or a delicious hot chocolate from our bean to cup coffee machine. We also have a selection of herbal teas.

Yes. We have a lounge area and fully equipped bar that is available to hire out. We have dry hire and drinks packages available.
